Author Commentary:

The imagery here may not have very many direct links to "family", but I have to think that, to a barista, a moment where the line of customers has vanished would certainly bring peace and joy.

Fitting ten of any item into a single card can be a challenge. I think the row of cups here was able to do so in a reasonably elegant way. The Ten of Cups waits for you, and your friends, your chosen family. What are you waiting for? Call up everyone and go get a hot cuppa.
