oh this is brilliant! Now they’re both suspicious! I LOL’d so much reading this! I’m guesing more Brick House knockoffs might appear later.
speaking of knockofffs, woould you ever use a character from one of your sets you reviewed in Toybox of FAIL? I bet everyone who’s genuine would hate that minifigure…or rather, they should be called Anti-Figures.
I’ve played with the idea of using FAIL figures in a “Cloning Gone Wrong” storyline, but haven’t found a way to work it into the plot. Yet.
As to more BH Knockoffs…I’ve still got a long way before all 52 new titles are revealed. So it’s not toooo unlikely you’ll see the main cast showing up again. After all, DC has something like seventeen bat-man related titles in their relaunch…
Nice to hear – I know absolutely NOTHING about DC comics. I always get makers of comics mixed up. Show me an Archie comic and I’ll think sonic, show me marvel and I’ll think simpsons. Show me Bongo and I’ll think spiderman. Get my point? Still, loving the reboot…and the title makes me watch “Boot to the head” clips on youtube every day.
I can’t wait for the three other identical issues, but with one prisimatic, one holographic, and one telegraphic. Nothin’ better than collectible issues presented in Morse Code!
Really? A comic shop? Wow. Livin’ the dream… or nightmare. I still have all five covers of “X-Men” #1 plus the special edition that had all five covers fit together. They may have increased by 10% since then, but I’m not holding out hope.
Telegraph Temptation! My new band, playing at the Days Inn Windsor this weekend!
wow. I LOL’d.
really, Doyle?
kidding. good stuff.
I laughed hard. xD
It’s official: Doyle is completely out of ideas! 😀 😉
He’s deliberately trolling us now :L I bet Whiskey and the rest of the cast will put a stop to it.
Would I really resort to Trolling? Really? 😉

I thought Sonic was Archie Comics? Or am I confusing it with something else?

Ha! I was running a comic shop in the 90’s when the alternate-cover madness really started. Maybe it did leave a mark on me….
And don’t tempt me on the Morse Code thing.

Bwaa haa haa. No, wait… didn’t I already laugh at this one? Woah, deja-vu!

Wow, you know Morse Code? 🙂
Stay tooned, twue believer!
I just have one question. When are we going to see “The Brick House: IN SPACE!”?
Exactly my thoughts…..Wait what?
