My house really is full of glitter.
I’ve decided to give the Tuesday-Thursday-Sunday schedule a try next week. Beats going on hiatus.

I bet, once Doyle finishes up the reboot stuff and starts a “standard” storyline again, we’ll be seeing the glitter as a background element given the annoyance in cleaning it up 😛
yep. It’ll be the glitter of reboot past.
nice one
thanks
A lesson for all of us, no doubt. I’m sure this’ll derail the “let’s fight the zombies with glitter” subplot that Dave had planned…
Yeah, I’m going to have to rethink that.
I know you said it got all over the place but I’m sure it didn’t fall as heavily as that by accident. You’re making the glitter situation worse for yourself, Doyle. I’d say use a vacuum but…y’know…the brick problem. Still, I was right about more glitter gags. Pity it’s Friday. ohwell!
Air in a can. And a cotton-tip for the bits that need “persuading” to move.
…or a fine paintbrush/makeup brush.
Well, it puts the Brick House’s dusty floor problem in perspective.
heheheheh +1
Dusty floor? You probably can’t see it under all the glitter…
Glitter = bad. Horrible in fact. No hiatus = good. I think you’ll like the thrice-weekly schedule (I’m considering having a go at it again myself). What you need is an eight-year-old girl and offer her the promise of keeping all the glitter she cleans up.
I bet Luka would LOVE find Harry and shove that broom up where only proctologists dare.
That of course should read “would love TO find Harry.” And while I hate to see only 3 strips per week, it beats the crap (in a hat) out of going on hiatus.
only on reboot #30…
Crap. It’s gonna take longer to get back to the main storyline. 22 divided by 3 = 8 more weeks of reboots instead of 4 weeks. You just doubled how long this reboot thing is gonna go if you do the new new schedule.
Isn’t SOME progress getting to the end of this migrane better then none?
Crap in a hat! I just read the comment you made with the comic. Dang, the week’s gonna be even more boring now. . .better than a hiatus, I guess, but still…
That’s how it is with glitter. One little spill, and it gets EVERYWHERE. A few months ago , I was going through some stuff that I made when I was little. One those things had some glitter on it. And I’m still finding pieces of glitter in the bathroom carpet. I HATE glitter!
I expect that one of the effects of that mess the guy made, besides the reboots, is that when they wake up there will be glitter scattered about and as long as there’s still some left some monster will have hold of the universe until theyclean it all.
Or…there will be Power Miners everywhere. Which is just as annoying.
I’ll still probably check for new comics daily, though. Just because I never have ANY idea what day of the week it is. EVER.
And, on the topic of glitter, that stuff is HELL to clean up. There’s always that last little bit of sparkle in that one little spot you thought-you-cleaned-but-missed-anyway.
Its like someone spilled a huge box of colored cheerios 😮
And then it got caught in a tornado.
wouldn’t more guest strips fill in the gaps? They don’t have to be well-known guest strips – you’ve done those already. They could be fanstrips and amature ones that people could send in. Just a thought.
He would still probably want to look them over, decide which one(s to publish, give credit where credit is due… Most likely more trouble then it’s worth. 🙁
Doyle, have you used a hairdryer? Works wonders on getting glitter out… actually bought one after a show I did to dispose of Audrey 2’s glittery remnants.
but then it’ll be a glitter dust storm wherever he does it is the only thing.
