Lately, my favorite non-LEGO comic is Questionable Content. It’s not meant for kids, although it rarely goes beyond a pg-13 sort of level.
My favorite part of making this fan art was designing the little LEGO!Pintsize robot. My least favorite was all the color corrections needed – hair and eye color are tricky to modify. I think it turned out pretty okay, though.
We’ll return to the Brick House comic tomorrow…
Dude… Even I can tell you photoshopped that hair! 😉 But still, I hope we see more of these guys, whoever they are.
@Nikolai- Darn, I was just about to ask Chris where he got it
So wait… is the brown hair also edited? I know a guy with hair JUST LIKE THAT except a little lighter brown. It’s kinda scary. If not, what set’s it from?
At first I thought this was somebody else doing a guest strip for you, and I was wondering why they didn’t use any of your characters. XD
@Pollinette – The hair, from memory, can be obtained two different ways. The Max mini figure had a reddish brown version, while a dark brown (or black?) version came with the skateboarder mini figure from that new mini figure line.
Is that hair piece this one?

I have no idea what’s going on, but I can tell that the star on the shirt isn’t put in later. 😛
@refysnode: That’s the part – I don’t have the black version yet (the minis won’t be released in the US until next month) so I had to try and color correct the light brown one that came with Max.
Cool!
Wow, thanks for all the responses. Glad to have stirred up some interesting conversation 🙂
