If this strip were animated, Whiskey would be gesturing wildly with his bottle in the first panel. Didn’t quite manage to capture that in the still.

Nice Hithhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy refrence. 🙂
I see mini Doyle has a thirst for ships…
It’s the closest to a bottle of vanilla Vodka I could get.
The ship is like the logo or something. Can’t Doyle drink whatever brand he wants? If he likes “Tastes Like Ship”, then so be it!
need to get the story moving please please please
Sorry – you’re in for a lot of talky strips.
“redone in stop motion”, anyone?
No clue.
Call me crazy, but this one feels a little autobiographical.
The next few strips are heavily influenced by real life.
I have a question. If the magical stuff (you know what I mean) made doyle come alive, why didn’t it work on his clothes? It always seems odd when something like that happens. I just can’t make sense of it. Of course, my dad would study it under a microscope.
The quasi-logic I’ve been using is that LEGO clothes are actually part of the complete figure, not separate items. That’s why Christmastina’s outfit wasn’t alive either.
And, yes, I’ve had the characters take off items of clothing many times. So it’s not perfect logic…but it’s what we’ve got.
There’s logic? Of any kind? Here? Really? Who knew? Questions?
So…your Whiskey’s dad now? 😉
Technically, I guess Chris was always Whiskey’s dad in some way shape or form. Be it metaphorical, or literally.
