I can’t claim that I’m 100% decaffeinated as I still have the occasional cup of decaf or glass of iced tea. But I have cut back majorly.
This way I can always go back on the ‘fine in case of emergency and it’ll *do* something for me. Previously all it did was keep me from falling asleep at work…and even that wasn’t going to well. I had built up quite a tolerance for the stuff.
Oh, I could not give up coffee! It’s my only vice!
While we’re on the subject of Chris-avatar’s personal improvements, wearing that hat makes it look like he’s lost weight too.

I was never a coffee drinker anyway, but I used to drink caffinated tea and diet sodas. I cut out all of that a year or so ago and only drink herbal teas and water and don’t miss it at all! I feel better for it too.
