I tried for a subtle “falling” effect in panel one by using some photoshop trickery. Didn’t really work.
It’s really nice to have Whiskey and Scotch back indoors – not being able to shoot a horizon line while they were on the Grey Plane of Death meant I was very limited in my camera angles. Now I can take shots from more of their eye-line, rather than from above.
Bley was the new grey. Pink is therefore the new bley. 🙂
HA! I’m changing the episode title right now.
(For the records, first title was “Pink is the new Grey” – I was thinking of the storyline change from the Grey Plane of Death.)
Heh. Cool.
During the Grey Plane of Death arc, I did actually wonder how old the baseplate was and, if it was new enough, whether it would technically be the Bley Plane of Death. But I couldn’t tell if it was grey or bley from the photos, so didn’t make the comment.
It’s a very old, classic grey baseplate. 🙂
How on earth do you put up with the color clashes? Is it like everyone says, not blending in very well, or is it even worse?
He wanted somewhere with women huh? I see where this is going.
This has made me smile… great to see the use of the Friends sets in someone else’s comic!
NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO, lego friends!
