I guess this makes Bob yet another Cosplayer in the Brick House Universe.
CITY gives us a Police Workbench sort of thing – a more or less random addition to the Police Station theme.
Star Wars gives us the iconic “Mouse Droid” – a model that’s appeared in sets before.
City has better parts, but Star Wars is cuter. But both continue the over-reaching theme of the LEGO advents: Meh.
I vote the desk since the parts are more interesting
Ding-Ding! City takes it!
Hm, I’d suggest using as LITTLE brown objects as possible with Mr. Clean. I dread to think WHY he’s needing to poke grinchley…maybe he confused the large pile of charcaol with a *gasp* FLUSHING toilet.
It’s kind of a horror trope. See something unusual? Touch it, pick it up, or at least poke at it.
On Topic: I’m actually starting to lean towards the city calendar for once O.o The police station is coming round pretty nice (though I DO hope they’ll give it a decent roof at some point) while the only thing about the SW calendar that really managed to impress me was Chewie.
you would have at least thought they would have given the city advent a nice chair to go with that desk
I completely agree. It’s little cost-cutting moves like this that wreck the advent in my eyes.
Hmm, the Police workbench thing looks like a low-tech, crime-fighting version of the medical embiggenator 😀
Well I don’t know about y’all, but I certainly feel vindicated by the “Village People” reference. 😀
It’s a wash with me on today’s offerings. I like ’em both (one for concept the other for appearance) but not really one a lot more than the other.
So, Whiskey STILL hasn’t tried the “coffee”yet…
He’s probably going to keep putting it off until the final panel of ADVENT MADNESS, where Whiskey sits down to enjoy the hot drink and says ‘This tastes like crap!’
