Officer Grumpypants to the rescue!
In Comparison, today is a much more even fight. A cop and a droid.
A cop who we see just about every year in the Advent Calendar. Oh, wait, his short-billed hat is new this year.
A droid who has appeared in only two other super-high priced Star Wars sets. A droid who is selling for 5 times or more than the price of the good officer.
Okay, maybe not quite as even a fight as I first thought…
I vote droid. Except for the hat, there’s nothing really special about the officer.
IDK…You can never have enough police officers, and I don’t like SW, but even so that droid has something attractive about it…how about putting a white stud on its head and then giving it that spare hat.
Brilliant! Then it could be a cop droid. It’s colored right and everything.
Pretty sure I have enough cops, I must have twenty of them now. The police equipment I have for them is one cop car, and a few motorcycles. No station. My town has like ten houses in it. Most of which still need furnishing. More cops than houses to protect, it’s madness!
Something tells me that Officer Grumpypants is dressing up like a cop…
“Gasp! It’s Officer Grumpypants!”
That line made my day 😛
ok i’m getting annoyed when is star wars coming in!
i think on the first day of advent he said he wasnt going to do starwars. i THINK
Great. Kinkypants is really a fugitive member of the Village People.
Hooray!
It just isn’t the christmas season without an Officer Grumpypants in the advent calendar.
Officer Grumpypants is one of my all-time favourite minifigs: he has the sharpest police uniform in the sorting bucket and one of my favourite faces… but I don’t like him in a ballcap–and he’s come in more sets than I can count.
R2-Evil, on the other hand, is *also* a really attractive figure… and I do not have one, nor am I likely to get him in a cheap set.
Ergo, Star Wars wins.
Thank goodness Grumpypants showed up, or else Whiskey’s day would’ve gone down the toilet.
It would have been down the drain.
Bob?
Not Bob the Burglar in disguise, I hope.
