I was honestly amazed to find a Christmas Tree behind the door of Day 6 and not the usual day 23.
CITY has a Christmas tree. Can even Chewbacca compare to that?
And how sad is it that something as basic as a Christmas tree can wow me so completely?

It’s actually not a half-bad looking tree, I think any 8-yo could come up with a similar design given similar parts to work with! 😀 Now, if TLG would hire more 8-yo’s maybe their Advent calendar series would get better! 😀
Yay! Now City makes a larger lead! It may be cliche but it works. My only probelm is that tree is far too small. If the tree’s earlier, who knows? Maybe Shower!Santa will arrive sooner.

If it were based purely on how much I like the set/character, then Chewbacca would definitely win. However, since this IS a Christmas-themed calender, the tree is today’s winner. There’s hope for a somewhat successful Advent Calender after all!

In the last shot, Whiskey looks like he’s hugging that tree. I’m guessing he’s pretty happy about the christmas content coming on day six rather than day twenty-three.
I hope he’s ready to be disappointed, though.

The tree is obviously decoration for the as-yet-unfinished Police Station. And the Star Wars micro-builds simply have to be for the Toys for Tots campaign Officer Kinkypants is heading up.

Dang it, the tree wins. Now SW and City are tied. Hopefully tomorrow’s Star Wars will be better, I hate it when city wins.
