Also, as this is The Awesomly Radical and Deavastatingly Inteligent Ship (or TARDIS) does the plot hole go through both space and time? Cause if it is, I can imagine some nightmarish-nah, fun scenes (one angry piece o’ butter) coming soon to a strip near you!

@anon: since it’s only on the edge of screen for several strips now, I don’t think it’d be worth Chris’s time for something that’s only going to have a tiny slice visible. Besides, he could’ve made it intentionally not swirl unless something is going to happen.
