The problem with Tahu being so out of scale with the other characters is that fitting everyone into frame becomes a real challenge.
The “who’s the side-kick?” shtick returns – you just can’t keep an old joke down.

Poor Tahu; I hope the rest of him can squeeze through that door frame.
Never refer to the guy who’s bigger than you as the sidekick! That’s one of the classic mistakes!
@Dave: It’s not as clear in these shots as I’d hoped; Tahu really wrecked the Brick House’s front door on his way in. (It’ll be shown in more detail in a later strip.)

Holy crap – Bionicles are really expressive. If you inspire young AFOLs and aged TFOLs to take up their Bionicle collections and make comics… well, that’s pretty inspirational.

@bradley: The floors of the Brick House are notoriously dirty and dusty. That’s just part of the charm.
Or just you hanging a lampshade on not being bothered to dust it.
@replica: No, no. It’s a plot device so I can keep the ‘these floors are filthy’ joke alive. Really.
i prefer te old brick house but tahu looks good in it, the brick house could become tahus and conners home unless donught gets mad coz they recked his house like whiskey did

this is by far my best webcomic ive attempted to build the characters but that diddnt work out and btw where do you get that earth orange bowl cut for whiskey?

You can just show Tahu’s feet in certain scenes(say they’re waiting for a bus) and just have the speech bubble coming from the top of the screen. like the second and third panels of this strip http://www.howitshouldhaveended.com/comic/comic-54-jeeptimus-pt3 .
Actually, it’s a bit darker than Ron’s. I ordered mine from Chris on the Buy-Me-Mizer, I’ve never found it again! The character Charlie sports the cut in my comic 🙂

@all: Whiskey’s hair is a fairly rare “Dark Orange”. It was indeed Ron’s hairpiece in a few of the later Harry Potter sets. It’s not currently offered in the Buy-Me-Mizer, although it’s appeared there in the past.
Am I the only one who got the sidekick joke? You know, WAAAAAAYYYYYYY back in the archives, with Pineapple-man and Pat O’Buttah? And Whiskey didn’t want a sidekick other than Scotch?
He also argued with zombie Wash about it when he first appeared. It’s a running gag.
