To be fair to Lassie, it is a pretty rare sweater. (As of this writing you either got it from the CITY transport set or from the CITY Advent.)
They may be in the Retail Wasteland, but today’s CITY Advent item still appears in-strip.

I don’t do much with LEGO trains – the track in panel four is the only bit I own. (And that only due to it being in a grab-bag at the LEGO store a few years back.)
