Apparently the comic image isn’t showing up on the RSS feed. This is likely due to me upgrading my WordPress install. I hope to fix this soon, but in the meantime, please just click through to the site to read the strip.
Mouse has that nervous talking thing going on.

Part three of the sled train today. No hook on the end of this cart, so it looks like the illustrations on the box match the final models. I’ve tried not to use the box as “spoiler” information, but LEGO was pretty obvious about some of the items hidden in the calendar.
Those grate/fence pieces in Lime will make for an interesting after-season building challenge. Maybe there’s an all-lime Mech in my future.
Nice shooting in panel 3 – with that camera angle, Mouse really does look nervous.
I whole-heartedly agree–Doyle is one of the brick comic artists I draw the most inspiration from in my own photography.
I’m sure there’s going to be some pets coming along eventually. You can see them on the box. Or perhaps the cart is for the horse.
woops; mouse should have thought a bit better before hiding the dog.
On the box of the calendar there’s a horse, cat, and a dog there. I can’t believe that Whiskey doesn’t see that there will be some animals during the Advent season.
Agreed. Doyle may try not to use the box for spoiler information, but I can’t see Whiskey having the same concerns.
Also on the box, tucked away at the back, is an entire Cafe set. I think some things shown on the box may be absent from the calendar.
I think weve been stuck with belvi- I mean FRIENDS for too long… WHERE’S THE BRICK HOUSE?
Don’t they already have a lime-green mech for 2013?
I think it was 31007 Power Mech, a Creator set.
I wonder when they’ll find that dog that Mouse is hiding. I wonder if it’s like a statue like the two Friends figures that came with it or if it and the other animals are alive.
Now that I think about it, they’ve been dealing with last years advent madness for a whole year. No wonder Whiskey is crabby.
