I’m, like, so offended that you’d do this. This woman is, like, a vet, a person with, like, a professional degree in, like, veterinary medicine. Speaking as, like, someone with an advanced degree, that’s so not, like, the way we talk. You’re being, like, totally offensive.
Ok, anyone want to guess what’s being plotted on that graph? At first glance, what comes off is “Heart health vs. International System of Units”, but a quick look at the Si disambiguation page on wikipedia ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Si ) has some amusing results in the medicine section.
As an 18 year old male with a little science knowledge, things like this tend to come off as extremely silly for me. Sure, there may be some term vets use that can be shortened to SI, but plotting it with nothing but a big red heart?
I do realize I’m not the intended audience for these products, but in a bunch of years, I might be the one who has to give these things to the intended target audience. There’s always the possibility that I’ll become a bit less cynical by that time, though.
Never thought i’d like a friends crossover strip but panel 3 is to funny.
What happened to being clueless dolls???

Like.
I actually know someone who was UNABLE to speak without using the word “Like” at least one time. Once we started counting, she stopped.

Surgical Investigation?
Is it just me, or is the lighting a bit different in this issue? It seems to have a slightly orangey tint to it…
I’m trying out a different color balance method. The Friends color scheme washes things out, so it was worth experimenting.
Let me guess: She got her veterinarian’s certificate off the back of a cereal box! 😀
