I’m so very, very sick of criminals in my Advent calendar. The Star Wars could have had a super-microscale Death Star made of a single 1×1 round plate and I would have given it the win today.

Bwa ha haa. Well, I did say that “a classic sign of a run-down area are cars on blocks with their wheels ‘alf-inched”. 😀
Of course, in New York, not only will the car be ‘alf-inched’ it’ll have any body parts not welded to it stripped off! 😀
If it wasn’t for the fact that TLG wasn’t even bright enough to at least give his prison uniform a different number, I’d give it to City. But even with two bright red crowbars this guy nicking the tires couldn’t even win the title of worst dressed tyre repair mechanic! 😀
The Y-wing is a little bit disproportionate, but it’s recognisable and the parts are all generically useful, with a good number of extras… and I have to agree with Doyle: I’m sick of criminals in City–especially criminals still wearing their prison uniforms. So my vote has to be for Star Wars.

My first Derpmann (that’s my guess at his surname, but I know derp) face makes this the first criminal I’ve actually enjoyed getting in a long while, since… Either my first crowbar, or my first jacket-over-the-stripes torso.
But still… My police and criminals are starting to become a worryingly large portion of my ‘somewhat regular people’ minifigure collection.
What is with the over concentration of cops and robbers this year? Werent they on to something last year? probably a fluke…
I like the star wars stuff, as a sci-fi nerd it would allow for the easy staging of space battles 😛 The CITY stuff is falling short, though. I don’t need more crooks and cops, as well as police stations. In fact, I kind of detest working with modern environments in anything and would much rather build up a collection of castle/kingdoms and spacey things, heh. And technic.
I’m just excited that this basically doubled the crowbars that I have.
