This should satisfy those of you who were anxious for the Star Wars advent to cross over into the comic.
Well, maybe not “satisfy”. But I’m hoping for at least “placate”.
Okay, so the Star Wars side is probably meant to be a weapons rack of some kind. But the last time I heard Clone Troopers weren’t meant to have lightsabers. So I’ve decided this is a Jedi Training Droid. Or maybe a Jedi’s robot valet.
What? Do you have a better idea?
Also: I really dislike the car. Is this it? I’m torn between hoping for another day’s worth of parts to fix the design and wanting to just move on.
i vote car.
I have no idea which way to vote. On the City side, the car looks pretty lame, and wasted three days. However, on the Star Wars side, it’s extremely unoriginal to have a weapons rack. At least the car is new-ish to the City advent. Ultimately, I think my vote goes to Star Wars, because at least the weapons rack didn’t take up two extra days.
yep aaaaaaaaa reee i knew star wars would make an appearence some time like now!
oh yeah i vote SW because this car took away 3 days of advent fun
Well it certainly de-placates the SW haters, but meh. I expected this to happen.
Grinchly’s a clone now. I think I vote star wars just because it is sure to help with army building.
SW won this round for me. But only because of the lightsaber and because the car design is below poor. TLG, we’ve had countless cars like this, which atleast had the decency to put the backlights in a logical place, instead of just on top of the backside of the car.
Nice touch with the SW font btw!
I like the stand, kinda. I never have enough blasters, or 1x1s with side studs in lt bley. Also liking more good white pieces, either for snow or spaceships… Been into Ice Planet 2002 again lately.
It’s one of those beach patrol police cars – like an off-road 4×4 or something – actually I’m hoping it’s anything but what TLG built it into! 😀
Ugh… bunch of pieces that contribute to a mediocre car (I kinda liked where it was going yesterday, but today it took a turn down) or a bunch of pieces that make an unimpressive stand. Piece-to-piece, the Star Wars weapons are better, but I’ll give City the win today because completing the car (I really do assume it’s done) gives more satisfaction than a weapons-pole.
perhaps you could convert that Star Wars thing into the Nomad probe, if you were bored enough.
