Whiskey still hasn’t tried the “Coffee”. If he’s not careful it’ll get cold.

In comparison, the Wall Part Four and a Snowspeeder.

You know…I like the idea of building a more substantial diorama. It’s an innovative way to make the Advent calendar seem like more of a building experience. But let’s face it…these wall segments are poorly designed and are lacking vital parts. The doorway has no door. The windows have no glass. There’s not even a floor.  If I’m going to lose four days of Advent to a micro playset I expect it to be a nice one. And so far LEGO just isn’t delivering on that front.

The Star Wars calendar does well today, though. For a micro-scale model it’s easily recognizable as a snowspeeder. And hey, it even incorporates the word “SNOW” making this possibly the most holiday-themed day in Star Wars land yet.

SIGH.
