The end is in sight…
Day Twenty Two: Mini-Helicopter
With only two doors remaining, I’m guessing this is the last micro-vehicle for this year. If so, LEGO is ending this sub-theme on a high note.
It’s a nice model – easily recognizable (as compared to the confusion many people had identifying the crane from Day Four)
Sure, it’s simple and only seven parts (eight with the extra 1×2 plate). But it works.
And I still think the micro-vehicles were a lot more in keeping with the holiday spirit than previous year’s offerings like traffic barriers.
What do you think? Should micro-vehicles be part of the new “Advent Model”?
Possibly. They would probably be a bit more Christmas-y than what they usually give out.
Oh, and FYI, I got a diffrent propeller and what seems newer in my calender.
I’m finding it odd that the tail of the helicopter hooks up to the train cars from the previous days.
The micro-models are a great feature. They’re miles ahead of yet another grumpy-faced policeman.
Chris, I fully agree with you…. soisoisoisoisoisoisoisoisoisoisoi…
Much better than the stuff we’ve been getting the last few years.
The mini models should stay. They can represent toys (festive) or forced perspective as well as what their micro scale modles of and theirs a lot of potential.
