Day Fifteen: Table and Chairs
Patio furniture? Really?
LEGO continues to drift further and further from “Holiday Themed”, but at least today’s set has some useful generic parts in it. And that lamp design isn’t half bad.
Still, just like with day 5’s Drum Kit, I have to object to the chairs just resting on the ground. It makes the set look incomplete to me.
Break out the sausages and baguette for a sit-down meal of jambon-au-buerre by lamplight!
It’s a Christmas Picnic!
I have a new theory on this year’s city advent — sausages, baguette, patio furniture? It’s Christmas Down Under! This year, LEGO have included our friends in the Southern Hemisphere 😀
There’s a later one that may either reinforce that concept, Tranquility (if I remember Chris’s flickrstream from earlier in the year) but could also make us think that Aussies have some issues…

I think it’s intended as a coffee table with a table lamp on top of it.
