Kingdoms Advent: Day 10
Dec10
After yesterday’s treasure, can we expect some greatness?
…in a word? No.
Day Ten: Skeleton
Oh, crap in a hat.
Look, gang. It’s a classic LEGO skeleton. The old wobbly-armed-can’t-be-posed classic LEGO skeleton.
With an extra arm.
I paid how much for this set?
well, on the bright side you don’t see the classic skeleton much anymore.
Why do they even bother with themed advent calendars? I mean, the piece count is ridiculously lower than the City calendar, yet up until this year, it cost 5-whatever more than the City calendar. Granted, the City one was always the same type of stuff until last year, but the Pirate last year and the Kingdoms this year are really not that good. At all! Totally angry that I plopped $35 for this poor excuse of a calendar.
YAY! Lego has abandoned all my favorite things about the castle line!
And they’ve replaced them with OVERPRICED CR*P! WHOOHOO!
personally, this looks more like a skeleton to me, the new ones arms are battle droid arms, so that’s just wonked…
I understand why your annoyed by the advent calender but for new builders like me(i only have one skeleton for example) they can be useful.
I still like the old skeletons. Posable they may be not, but at least their arms don’t look like Battle Droid arms.
the only bad thing about the old arms is that they won’t stay up
Oh my! Oh my, oh my. Can it be! Is it true? Yes, it is!!! Whoot, the good skeleton is still alive! Not only does he have the not stupidlookingnotdroidarmsthatarewaytoolong, but he has the old, not evillookingwhichisnothowreallyskullsare head. Whoot Whoot!
@Andrew If you position the arms correctly the can stay up
My skellie didn’t have an extra arm.
Hey, atleast we got the classic skellie. He is my favourite of them all.
Say that about evil-looking skulls to my face. Go on, try it.
@Lich Barrister The evil skulls are not realistic.
