Not sure Luka has the definition of “Ironic” all worked out.
And I think Scotch was bothered by being covered by voice bubbles in the first three panels.

The irony of this is that Scotch, Luka and Donut – who’s in the hospital for the time being – have already experienced free beer in the author-verse. Whiskey is probably just feeling left out, is all. 😉
Yeah, Luka’s handle on the word “ironic” is about as good as Alanis Morissette’s! It’s like… rain… on your wedding day.
Me again — forgot to add. Just like Alanis, the fact that Luka’s comic is not ironic in the sense that she means is, in fact, ironic!
What Luka is going for is the broader term “satire” (of which irony is one part).

@Louise: Don’t know if you caught it, but I did title this strip “Like rain on your wedding day” to at least hint I knew better than Luka. 😉 I considered having the other characters talk about that in-strip, but there just isn’t’ enough room when Luka gets ranty.
@Sue Doe-Nimh – That’s almost worth introducing a character named “Ferrous” just so I could paint that on the side of a water tower at some point….
@Chris – oops, didn’t spot the comic title this time. Missed it in the RSS feed and scrolled past it on the page in my hurry to post my Alanis comment using the exact same song lyric!

This is where you need Ian Healy to pop out of the plot hole, or something from another webcomic. THAT would be ironic. Or the figure that won the lottery should be…like 98. And then he should die the next day!

Because it was sugested by whisky and hes the kind of person who prefers the things some people think are pure evil but some like a lot like beer and nudity. A lot of other things just woldnt have that effect.
And there are many other things I could be doing but I have nothing better to do than read brickcomics. Not saying that brickcomics are bad or anything. Well actually……..
I prefer the older Luka, this one is really annoying XD(maybe wh-IF Donut gets back she’ll Feelgood). I love how El Stud and Frobot are just sitting silently and watching them.
Donut Feelgood… Not right now… How is he doing anyways? Last time we saw him we found out he was being treated by a nurse specializing in hospice care…

Chris is an evil person. He leaves the characters to “decide” what happens. No new cheese characters are coming because he definitely isn’t going to allow us to alter the comic. I have wasted my life. There is only one thing to do. Chris, I WILL SWALLOW YOUR SOUL.
a friend of mine used to have a comic called ACTION PORN, it had action, and porn! If she’d actually kept up with it, it might have become the biggest internet comic, ever.
