It seems the Robot has already found a bit of a following among the RC readership. Can’t say I’m too shocked at that. Every series needs a Robot character of some kind, and we’ve been lacking one.

@taylor: The idea is that Donut, Scotch, and Whiskey continued on through the door they opened in the last strip. Totally ignoring the robot. Tomorrow we pick back up with the guys, so it’s a bit more clear.

Robot: it’s a good name. Love his attitude — perhaps he’ll crush the optimism right out of clown-boy. Or at least we can all hope that he does.
If his name turns out to be Tobor… well, that would be appropriate for a ‘bot from a 1950s TV show, really.
I think I’ll call him ROB.
I guess he could be whatever he wanted to be, but it’d take some serious re-configuring.
the clowns last line reminds me weirdly of the hippie fest that is the scene in transformers beast machines where they acctually figured out they could transform.wow, that show sucked.
