I decided to go ahead and write up a construction review of the Bots pre-convention.
If you're interested in how I put the guys together, check out my journal of the build.

where's the fail? dang it I need my fix o' fail!
@Jim:
Working on it. Obviously I've been busy finishing up these other projects over the past few days. ;)
Wow... my all-time favorite TV show (and maybe my all time favorite, thing, ever) melded with my all-time favorite hobby!
Amazing, I am duly impressed. I am trying to make a micro-sized servo myself. I have not the moc-mojo to attempt full size...
So, are you gonna keep the floralier and try to build a non-lego Crow replica?
@Brian:
I've taken several swipes at micro scale 'bots...it hasn't gone well for me. Might make a good contest, now that I think about it...
As to the Floralier, I'm currently using it for brick sorting!
Heh, you know, the first red version of Tom kinda looks like the Season 1 version from the show.
Supreme job, if I lived in America I would certinly make Brickworld a visit, alas, I don't, so ill only be there in spirit unfortunetly.
nicely done. I havent seen the show, but this might make me...
Now all that's left is a life-size Joel and/or Mike. :P
Awesome awesome awesome!!
Gypsy should be your next project! ;)
Or Cambot for something easy.
Amazing work!
"HAI-KEEBA!!!!"
And I thought the Serenity build was awesome... O_O Oddly enough, I was watching the old "Rocketship XM" episode this past weekend.
Oh, for the days when we still had new episodes to look forward to... *sigh*
I don't care if you had that use a lot of your time to make these. They're AWESOME
Wicked awesome work! And I thought I was obsessive about the 'bots.
My gosh we LOVE science theater 3000. I like seen the movie and that was just hilarious. I really wanted to see the episode "Santa conquers the martians". Those robots ROCK!
Wow! They look awesome!
