At least the group is enjoying their alchoholic beverages in the privacy of their own home (okay, just Donut's home) and not out driving in someone's car.

Whiskey's drinking habits were established all the way back in episode 25.
I figured I was making a decent statement about responsibility by not letting the underage Ted have any beer. As to the rest of the cast, they're well over 21 and legal to drink in the Brickworld. ;)

Well, I for one would like to see less promotion of alcoholic beverages but hey you can't have everything.
The blood alcohol limit is 0.05 in Australia, over that and you can get fined. I hope the American system is similar.

Belive it or not, the American system is different. Depending which state you're in, it's either 0.08 or 0.10.
